Casting a net into the sea of life science
A central goal of Copenhagen Science City is to attract research-intensive companies. That’s why a two-man CSC-team will join more than a thousand leading decision makers from biotech, pharma and medtech when the 2017 Nordic Life Science Days open in Malmö in mid-September.
Two-man-team to promote possibilities
Head of Secretariat, Kristoffer Klebak and Project manager Frederik Nygaard hope to present the many opportunities to co-locate, co-create and connect in Copenhagen Science City to companies big and small as well as representatives of finance, research, policy and regulatory authorities.
Largest Nordic life science conference
Since its inception in 2013 Nordic Life Science Days has grown to become the largest Nordic partnering conference dedicated to the life science industry. It attracts Startups and early phase clinical projects hoping to find new investors, established businesses looking for commercial partners for expansion and global pharmaceutical and biotech companies who come to evaluate new and promising investment opportunities in the Nordic region.
Rich opportunities in innovation centered district
In Copenhagen Science City companies can join more than 100 life science start-ups, scale ups and mature companies, who have already co-located within walking distance of Metropolitan University College, the university hospital Rigshospitalet and University of Copenhagen. Many of the current companies came to the district in order to co-create with the more than 14.000 people working in health, medical and natural science research. Some of them choose to recruit among the more than 20.000 students and PhDs at the areas three knowledge institutions and investors are pleased with the easy to use one point access to university and hospital intellectual property rights in the district.
